Overview
Built a two-system solution: a professional WordPress marketing website for customer-facing bookings and quotes, paired with a fully custom Laravel + CodeIgniter CRM at crm.limoride.net handling reservations, dispatch, fleet management, and payment processing end-to-end.
Business Problem
A 30+ year NJ limo company was running entirely on phone calls and manual dispatch. They had no way for clients to book or get quotes online, no centralized system to manage their fleet and drivers, and no automated billing — causing lost bookings, scheduling conflicts, and heavy admin overhead.
